"I highly recommend this place. 5 stars is not enough! Paul was amazing and fixed my shoulder issue that I had been dealing with for several months prior to seeing him. I suffered an AC shoulder separation earlier in the year and had limited range of motion. I contacted Paul, after trying another Physical Therapist that did not solve the issue. I was about at my wits end until I saw Paul. He told me that if I followed his program, and put in the work at home, he was confident full range of motion would come back with time. Paul was very attentive and had a hands-on approach. He put me on a strict regiment of stretching (sometimes intense) and strengthening, which quickly improved my situation. Within about 6 weeks, I had my full range of motion back and was able to get back to my gym activities and playing rec softball soon after."

There's a reason the two owners, Paul and Billy, have been in business as long as they have. Billy has rehabbed me through three total knee replacements - the latest being a total revision TKR - as well as back injuries, and all with great results. He is an absolute pleasure to work with! Both have backgrounds as high-level athletes and sports trainers, and it shows in the hands-on techniques, exercises, and modalities they use. I feel like an athlete in training and love that, despite being in my late 60s. They inspire you to work hard to meet your rehab goals, but are also sensitive to patients' baseline conditions and ages. You feel safe and confident you are in good hands! The facility is very comfortable and well-equipped. Can't recommend them enough!"
